Rigoss Estate Networks Pvt. Ltd. (RENPL) was set up in 1999 with the commitment to providing excellent services to clients while maintaining professional integrity at all times. RENPL fosters a caring and cohesive environment to create a dynamic and vibrant workplace that embraces the spirit of learning. The benchmarks are set at the highest quality levels and are strictly implemented through a series of checks and counter checks. Each staff member is specially trained in hospitality, asset management is technically competent to deliver as per the commitment made.
RENPL follows established work procedures and continuously monitors performance indicators of all facility operations. Use of specialized equipments and tools ensures that the highest standards are achieved at the earliest, and then maintained.
RENPL has been providing facilities management services to two multi-storied commercial towers in Sushant Lok – II, Townships of Sushant Lok – II and Sushant Lok – II Extension and Sushant Lok – III which comprises more than 500 acres of the Township, a Tower at Ghaziabad, Ansal City Amritsar, Jhansi, Kochi, Pathankot and Jammu etc.
RENPL has played a pivotal role in creating the awareness of facility management at Kathmandu, Nepal by establishing the first ever Resident Welfare Association for one of the joint venture housing projects of ABL, namely the `Kathmandu Residency’.
